Service Description

Our HIIT mat class is designed to get you moving and feel the burn. This full-body shred focuses on building strength and cardio health using both body weight and mini weights, plus a killer playlist. All equipment is provided however if you'd rather bring your own, please do.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full class fee.
