Refunds

Packages - 

No refunds except in extreme circumstances where credit will be reimbursed. ​

Individual Classes - 

Not eligible for a credit. Refunds only in extreme circumstances.  

Cancellation

For Packages, cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class qualify for a credit, not refund. For Individual Classes, cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class qualify for a refund.

Cancellations within 12 hours forfeit the session credit or refund, except in cases of emergencies, or studio fault (e.g., class cancellation), where a refund or alternative will be offered. No-shows are charged the full session fee.
