Service Description

From 4 month postpartum, our Mummy & Me Mat Pilates combines postnatal-friendly Pilates exercises and quality time with your little one. Enjoy a calm, friendly session that helps improve strength, posture, and wellbeing while your child stays close by. Stay afterwards for a complimentary drink and biscuit! All equipment is provided however if you'd rather bring your own, please do.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full class fee.
